Request a Seminar

The Employers' Advisers Office may develop seminars to meet the needs of individual employers or groups of employers of at least 15 confirmed participants.

Advisers may be available for public speaking engagements to provide information to employers on our services or to speak on topics of concern that affect the employer, the worker and the workers' compensation system.

Requesting a seminar requires an employer to enter the name & email of all participants. If your participants do not have a work email, you can use a single work email for all participants. ALL registration & reminder emails (with seminar material) for each participant will then go to that one email address.

Alternatively, you can just enter one participant at this time and discuss other options with an EAO staff.

Note: A seminar request for multiple topics for just one group of participants will require just one seminar request. A seminar request for multiple topics for different groups of participants will require separate requests for each seminar topic.

Add Participants to Seminars

A minimum of 15 participants is required for an employer requested seminar. You will be able to edit/update these participants after you submit the request. A unique email address is recommended so registration confirmation with seminar details and reminders can be sent to each participant.
Note: To protect the personal information of registrants, enter business contact information only (e.g. business email address and business phone number).

Note: before entering names and emails, please notify your participants that they are being registered for a seminar, as they will automatically be sent seminar emails as soon as the seminar request is approved.
