Incident Investigation (virtual delivery)

Two-Step Registration Process:
Step (1) - Select the desired virtual seminar. Click on the cart and enter the company and participant information. Every participant’s name and email address must be registered in order for each participant to receive materials and a certificate of completion.
Step (2) - Every participant registered in Step (1) will receive a confirmation email with a link to register with GoToTraining. Only those participants LOGGING IN for the virtual seminar will need to click this link to complete the registration process. Participants who will sit in with someone logging in are asked to ignore Step (2).

Description: This seminar provides information regarding when incident investigations are required and how to conduct these types of investigations. Topics covered: identifying the legal requirements pertaining to incident investigations; a practical guide to investigating incidents; the importance of incident investigations; and developing effective corrective actions. This seminar is intended for Employers, Managers, Supervisors, and members of the Joint OHS Committee who conduct or are involved in accident/incident investigations at the workplace.
